Playa Carmen Hotel is so beautiful with its wonderful Italian flare. In my 24 day stay I have Playa Carmen Hotel is one of the Best in all of Costa Rica. The staffs are the most wonderful people I have encountered in all the word. They are extremely sweet, helpful, and professional. Truly the Best customer service ever.

Muy agradecida por le buen servicio humano, así como el de hospedaje, bebidas, alimentos y recreación.
El recibimiento con gran calidez humana es vital, casi que familiar. La atención personal de la Gerente General y el Sub Gerente o Subdirector, marca la diferencia. La comida y la habitación sin igual.
El interés del subdirector como miembro integrante de la cámara de turismo en conformación, es muy loable. La zona requiere de oficina de información más actividades de atracción turísticas, asi como servicios públicos de salud, viales, agua potable permanent con previsión a futuro ante el aumento repentino del desarrollo, planta de tratamiento de aguas negras, comité local de emergencias, cruz roja, un mejor establecimiento de la fuerza pública, entre otros.

PD. Como sugerencia debería de hacer un menú de temporada baja unos platos definidos ya que muchas cosas del menú no habían. Chicho es un buen cocinero y meseras muy amables.
